At Pairs Socks, we want your feet to stay happy, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks must remain tagged and in their original bundle to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Pairs

  Place the unworn socks back into their original packaging and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
